Hi all. I have been working with a purchased logo and one organic to Joomla and on both I have been unable to get my company logo (.png) file to load into the template. I have uploaded it through FTP into the style folder and edited in CSS, but when I do to view the page the template logo is gone and the space is blank.
I get the normal params.ini unwritable, but from what i can gather this is normal and should not be the issue. I have used Xplorer in legacy mode (I am on 1.5.15) and sometimes it says I have write permission and others times it does not. I have even tried calling my file logo and replacing the template logo.png, but this does not work either.
I have cleared my Internet Explorer Cache and the Cache in the Joomla Tools section, but still no results.
I have wasted three days on this issue. Any help would be greatly received.
Thanks

. I haven't changed anything yet, just trying to feel my way around and get the logo to work.
The templates I am using are rt_exlixer2.0_j15 (cpanel permission 0775) and rhuk_milkyway (cpanel permission 0775) In template manager they both are params.ini unwritable. The logo is just a normal .png file.
The logo is not showing up and does not appear to be in the correct directory (?) perhaps.
Upload the logo to /templates/rt_exlixer/images/style2
If you name the logo, logo.png you won't have to make a css edit (right now the css is calling for logo.png).
Have you tried
