Form Submission Error w GoDaddy and Email Settings?

Hi All,
I use RSForms for a website that receives a ton of submissions via this particular form. Been working like a charm for almost a year. All of a sudden the 3 staff members either get none of the submissions or sporadic submissions....
Losing.My.Mind. Have gone round and round with the RSForms people, who tell me to check the email address validation. Clearly worked for a year! Have read on some forums that it could happen with an upgrade on the GoDaddy side of things? Spoke with them yesterday and it seems fine.
Was told to check my mail server by creating a new user in Joomla. That user got the email fine so all set there? What could I be missing. Sort of confused as to how the Global settings might effect this like the "Mail" tab. Mine is set to "PHP Mail Function".
Any thoughts?
