Problem with the installation rute

  • Problem with the installation rute

    • Hello i have just installed a new template in a Domain/subfolder.

I can see the index.php rigthly, but if i go inside any other menu, i lost all the styles, images...etc and i just can see the "skeleton" of the site. You can see it here:
      http://www.cimasc.info/info.lojoven.es/

I guess is a problem in the rute, but i don´t know how to solve it.

      Any idea?, thanks beforehand!

    • Sorry once more, i just gave "Register" permissions and it seems its not enough for the offline mode.

Now have administrator permisions and works rightly.

    • Yeah, now it works :)

Btw, your SEF seems to be misconfigured...

      Use basic Joomla SEF:

If joomla is in the root; htdocs, or public_html...

      In Global Configurations:

      Search Engine Friendly URLs: Yes
      Use Apache mod_rewrite_ Yes
      Add suffix to URLs: No.

      Change htaccess.txt to .htaccess.

If it’s in a folder, you need to change the # RewriteBase / to reflect the path of your site.

      Change:

      # RewriteBase /

      to:

RewriteBase /(the name of the folder joomla is in)

    • Thank you very much! now its working properly.

My joomla is in a folder and i had to activate, the "Apache mod_rewrite_ Yes" to work, but i guess that´s right.
