Problem with Versatility_IV menu links + sh404sef

Hi: I am writing to you because I’ve downloaded Versatility_IV with my RT subscription, a few months ago, and after using it now I have a problem in one site. The problem is that when too many visitors online, the Menu links show this kind of addresses:
site.com/index.php/images/templates/rt_v....php?/Avisos-Gratis/
It adds the template path images to the URLs, something really estrange.
Another problem is that my banners disappeared, my advertisers can not see them and the banner link is this (which is not correrct)…
site.com/index.php/media/system/images/i...banners/click15.html
I am also using sh404sef but it seems a template issue.
This is causing a lot of problems since many users are not able to see the different parts of the sites. I’ve searched about this problem on the Forum but found no topics. What do you suggest to solve this? Thanks… :cheesy:
