Need Help - Only one Article in rokbox

I want to show one Article in a rokbox. but I don't know how to link right. If I copy the link from the browser, the whole website is shown in the rokbox... but I want only a single Article. How to link correctly ?

This topic is almost 5 years old and that answer was a solution for the old RokBox version for Joomla 1.5.
My approach to this recently has been to add a simple template like Afterburner2 and create a menu item so I can assign this template to it. Then I just don't assign any logo or other modules to it and have the link open.
I like this approach because its not a work-around, its just using Joomla as it should be used. You can also add a copyright module in the footer, or style it if you so choose.

An image I have linked to an article with rokbox; only problem is, when clicking on the image, it takes a good 6 or 7 seconds to open article. Try out this code:

You can link that way and have the other template items stripped out, but it also strips out other css styling for that page, so its pretty unreliable.
I still stick to what I mentioned above of creating a blank template and then just link that way. You just have to set your module settings for things like your logo and menu to not show on those pages and then it will display exactly how you want...and without a sort of "cheat". Its much more reliable this way.
