Menu Config - Different Menu for Different Pages

I love the drop down Menu - with Infuse onwards.
Great for navigating huge amount of content.
However I do not want every page available from the Home page.
For instance - my shop has over a hundred items on the menu tree. I would like those drop down options to appear only after clicking on SHOP. ie not from the home page.
This should not be dificult, but I am stuck
Anyone got around this already?
Help appreciated.
