Plugins administrator don´t found

  • Plugins administrator don´t found

    • Hello i have installed the Rok module and rokbox system and Rokbox content, in a template not from Roketthemes.

      The plugins are working very well but since i have installed them, i can not open the plugin magnager in the Backend, i become an error site like the 404.

      What is the problem? are they not compatible?

    • RokBox shouldn't cause this issue on a site, especially in the backend. RokBox uses MooTools 1.11 which is the same javascript that Joomla's core uses in the backend. This is to make sure that it does not conflict.

      Have you installed anything for backend features or extensions?

    • No i haven´t installed any other thing for the back end. The last i installed was Rokbox content and Rokbox system plugins.

      Anyway after a few ssesions without being possible to go to the Plugins administrator, now it works fine again, i haven´t done any special change, but it works well now!!!

      Could it be something about permissions ???
