Error 403 after joomlapack migration

i recently discovered that other users cant view my site now after i changed servers and theme. I used joomlapack to migrate.
My site is located at www.bauta-trading.no
Any ideas what might couse this? I have searched around both here and at the official joomla forum, but have found no sulutions yet.
Please advise as I really need the site back up again fast.

Yes, index.php is present.
The problem seems to be with ip-adress. Only my ip can view the site.
