Hello,
I have not used JSAS in years, but if you can install a fresh copy of Joomla, then installing the Rocketlauncher will install the same way.

I was able to do so but I am not to shure how JSAS joomla stand alone server will work with file, DB, etc structures whe I try to transfer it to a live site. It is a great product but curretly lacks documentation, and fourms/ support due to the developer migrating to a new paltform. He also charges $10 per month or less to download the current version with support and updates. That is a small price to pay, but the new fourms & support should have been in place before charging a subscription fee.

Have you ever tried wamp for windows or mamp for mac?
That's what I switched to (MAMP).
