  • SEO Enabled - CSS shows as PHP

      Theme: rt_solarsentinel_j15
      I am having the most unusual problem and I am trying to find out where to search, either on Joomla or here on this issue. This plugin suffers from the css not displaying, but the template css files do.

      Specifically this page

      When I use Firebug to troubleshoot the stylesheet it shows up as embedded.
      css-d1df77abc8688ad8f0ab4ca2f74ee782.php for example
      All of the link names are actually replaced by encrypted php names.

      Is this rewrite a Joomla core thing with SEO? If so then why do all of the stylesheets load accept this one?
