Translation of Reaction template (or any other)

Hi,
I would like to know which files must be translated so that the site be in Portuguese. For in relation to Joomla itself, everything is translated, but as regards the extensions are different parts in English, without using the files from the translation into Portuguese.
So what files I should modify with the translation?

welcome to rockettheme.
for most of the recent templates we have a tutorial in the "tutorials and guides" area in each template forum.
you can find the post for reaction here:

for the extensions it is best to visit the forum for that extension, for example our rokstories forum for rokstories and then use the forum search to search for example for "read more translate" or "read more language".
you should be able to find most answers in the forum already, if not feel free to start a new topic in the correct forum board.
