IE Error

My site works fine everywhere accept on IE 7 Browsers. It drops my menu to the middle of the page in the middle of nowhere?
I followed instructions on this forum and added the code below to place my nav bar in the top bar position
#horiz-menu { position: absolute; margin-left: 15px; top: 205px;} /* NAVIGATION BAR dot */
Please help so that it works in IE 7
