QUASAR. Distance between modules.

Hello,
I am developing one website with Quasar templates in http://www.cartagenadeindias.tv . And I have some problems to modify distance between modules.
1) Problem with horizontal distance between modules. I have published four modules on TOP position. I've tried to adjust them with Gantry template manager. But I couldn't. I can`t get any result better than the one you can see on this image:

I think this problem can be solved working with margins. I've tried, but I couldn't. Some help?
2) Vertical distance. I need too reduce vertical distance between differente parts of the template: between top positions and header positions, between header and showcase... and so on...
Can you help me?

Thanks, Arifin. I did and it woks, but I really need have two goals:
1) Make the Top A module narrower than the others (because of it's kind of conent).
2) Give to Top B, C and D enoug width to introduce some contens.
If I could use some of the space that there is between modules -reduce margins, I mean- then I would have no problem in order to do what I need.
Some idea?

Open your template.css at:
<Joomla Root>/templates/<your template name>/css/template.css
At the end of the lines, add below codes:#rt-top .rt-grid-3, #rt-top .rt-grid-4 {width: 245px;}
