Quasar typography.css file and GPL license

Hello,
I was wondering if the typography.css file and the icons in the images/typography are also released under the GPL license. The Quasar manifest file says that template is "GNU/GPL" however the typography.css file license says "RocketTheme Proprietary Use License"
The reason I am asking is that we would like to use the typography for the Anahita Shiraz template which is developed using the Gantry Framework.

- All of quasar is GPL, we must of just forgotten to update the typography css file which was probably based off a club one.
