    • Hello -

      We are using the Grunge template for a new project, and have hit a problem using Joomla 2.5.2

      We have put images in the frontpage content item, but the images don't show. If we switch to a different template, even an RT template, then the images show. However, the new 2.5 version of Grunge won't display them.

      Is there a z-index or other issue with images in the template?

      We are a paying RT member and can use a different template, but the customer chose this one.

    • The new logic in J2.5 breaks the J1.7 templates so we've waited as some other template providers to delay modifying the template logic until the last J15 template was produced (Diametric).
      Once we are no longer producing J15 the dev team will be going back through all the templates and revise them to incorporate the new logic.

      The last template I saw updated was Modulus.

      Yes, Grunge is 2.5 compliant just not Images & Links compliant, yet.
      We are not the only template provider in this boat. Any of them that offered J17 templates to there customers didn't want to break their templates as J25 quickly followed on the heels of J17.

      P.S The RokSprocket module is Images & Links compliant.

    • I just loaded the "updated" Grunge template and I am still having the same error. The picture I have on the home page is still not showing. Was this error not addressed yet?

    • Sorry to be a pest, but even though this template is free, I am a paying customer. I've upgraded to the 1.1 template version, but there is still no joy. Images in content do not show.

      do I need to uninstall and re-install from scratch? Or is the problem not fixed? or is there something else I'm missing?

      You are not a post, I apologize as somehow I missed your last post back :oops:
      So I just installed Grunge RocketLauncher v1.1, then enabled Admin Images and URL's and the image I selected shows up fine in the article.

      Could you describe in detail how you are setting an image for your articles?

      I am not familiar with the Admin images option, so not sure where to check that. The image on the frontpage, for example, which is not showing up is just embedded using an img tag:

      It doesn't show under grunge, but does show if I switch to a different template. Any thoughts?
