quasar logo editing and proplem with homepage

hello,
can anyone tell me which file should i change in order to change the logo dimensions? I want it to be 310px x 88px.
Moreover I installed the Quasar RocketLauncher J2.5 joomla + template.
In the home page i want the featured articles to be displayed but i cannot manage it. I don't know why but no article is showing.
Does anyone know why?

- You will have to use Chrome developer tools or Firebug for Firefox for example to find correct css styling you need to change in order to change logo dimensions. You have to use Featured articles menu type for a home page menu item
