Grunge showtime image

I've been playing with the grunge template and just can't get anything really to work and position right. Ideally I want to position the item in showtime-a and when I have changed everything I can find in the 2 css files the best I do is move the whole background and slideshow around, Could someone please tell me where the positioning is for this part.Also why is it the logo image seems to be indexed behind the header and I'd like to bring it to the front. any help would be great, you can see what I'm talkinhg about at
