What should be the ultimate settings to achieve speed?

Hi,
I am not sure how to describe this question here, but what i m trying to achieve here is the ultimate settings for rokbooster and afterburner 2 in order to get the most on speed and also have the site display correctly.
So far i manage to achieve a score of 99 in Page Speed and 91 in yslow, but i have 6 css files.
I am looking for the possibility to have only 1 css file which will make a huge impact of improvement.
I have afterburner 2 (the quick start package) and nothing else installed, updated all to the latest versions (at this time) for Joomla 2.5.x (2.5.11 at this time).
