Mosaic - Category id in URL problem

Hi everyone,
Hope yall enjoying whatever you are doing
I have an issue with RokSprocket - Mosaic layout, it inserts the subcategory ID in the url, when accessing through the title or the readmore lnk. This makes the article show up with the home page elements on. I'd like the URL in the mosaic title to be the way it's accessed through the menu.
Here's the example:
http://www.brasso.ro/9-hirek/brasso/473-akkor-lesz-mint-a-szebeni
The "9" in the url before the "hirek" is the subcategory id
Here's the same article accessed from the Navigation menu
http://www.brasso.ro/hirek/brasso/473-akkor-lesz-mint-a-szebeni
Please go to http://www.brasso.ro and click on one of the mosaic titles or readmore links to see it in action.
Any help would be highly appreciated.

Sorry for my English,
I've got several times that problem You have described in Your topic. Generaly this error is when You didn't have article in menu position. I see that this article: www.brasso.ro/9-hirek/brasso/473-akkor-lesz-mint-a-szebeni haven't a manu position.

Hi,
In each menu positions (menu elements) You need to set article. Every article must be assigned to menu items. If don't have this set Roksprocket module (his elements) do this problems.

I'm still not sure what you are trying to say with assigning the articles to certain menu items.
Let me explain further...
For the home page I use a single article menu item. In the article I use loadposition to load the rokmosaic module.
What should I do in order to fix my issue, please explain more further.
