Uncaught TypeError: Cannot call method 'style' of null

Posted 11 years 1 month ago
    • Whenever I click on the tags to filter, the loader show up then disappears, then nothing happens. I checked the browser console and it had this error:

"Uncaught TypeError: Cannot call method 'style' of null" mosaic.js

      roksprocket version 2.1.0
      link: demo.arrowthemes.com/joomla/fontaine/por...filterable-portfolio

Previous to the current version, everything worked well.

    • While still testing what would be causing this issue, I figured out, for any existing tags, I have to re-select the tag options > click on 'custom' then re-enter the tags. Without doing so (i.e. if I only upgraded roksprocket without re-entering the tags) I get the afore-mentioned error.

Another issue with the tags is, if I re-select tag option > choose custom > then try and re-enter the same tag that was in the article, it fails. But if I try to enter a different one, it adds it. How to reproduce it with our demo:

      a) edit "3-column filterable portfolio" module
      b) For the article "Adipisicing elite" remove "photography" tag
      c) In the tag option dropdown select, selct "Article Tags" > then select "custom"
      d) Re-add the same tag that was previously there i.e "photography
      e) Result: it doesn't add it. But if you try another different tag like "development" it adds it.

One more thing, with previous versions of roksprocket, I could type in a tag as "print-design" and the outcome of the tag on the front end would be "Print Design". With version 2.1.0, this seems to be disabled.

      regards
