create of a new module mosaic

Posted 11 years 3 weeks ago
    • Hello,
I have a new problem with mosaic.
when I want to create a new module mosaic, I use an existing mosaic.
Then I use the tab to save a copy.
      I rename my copy.
when I get my data (choice of photo, creating my text ...)
I record and then I close the module.
when I open the module again all my changes disappeared
      Thank you for your reply

      hi there,

not sure what 'record' means here, but do you actually 'save' the data again?
if so, what's your version of joomla, roksprocket and which content provider are you using for the module?

      kat :)

    • Hello,

      Sorry for my english
"Record" means that I saved and exit from the mosaic's module.
To sum up, I can add items, then a description and when i save/exit from the module, everything is deleted (no more descriptions, pictures, ...). The only thing that can be save is the picture if set up in "Mosaic Article Defaults"
      My joomla version is 3.2.2
      Roksprocket is 2.1.1
My content provider is "simple provider"
      Thanks again for you help

    • I understand the topic the problem is somewhat similar to mine. I do not read that I can apply solutions.if it is a bug, it's a very big bug.
I tried as it is written in the topic that you referenced. it changes nothing. everything I save (even by creating one single item) is deleted

There is no solution. I've just pointed it out to let everyone else know that this bug exist not only for one person. I'm looking forward to new update for RokSprocket.
