Inconsistent vertical spacing on mobile view

Why does the vertical spacing between items become inconsistent once in the mobile singel column width. I noticed on the roksprocket demo that the vertical spacing also increases as soon as you shrink the screen width down to a mobile width. On the demo the space is consisent, and the items are also consistent in size, so I guess the gap is a factor of the individual items vertical space. Is this something that can be addressed with css? or is it a bug?

- On further investigation this only seems to occur when you shrink the width of the browser window. When it opens the page already at the width there is no problem with the vertical spacing.
