I'm using your great plugin "RokBox 2.0.7" on J! 3.3.6 to show Youtube videos on my website for animal rights related information. Now I will change the template to one from "OmegaTheme". If I click to a link, the background get's dark and the loading icon is spinning and spinning and nothing further happens.
OmegaThemes developer told me that the problem causes conflicting js between rokbox.js ( it's working with mootools-core.js) but mootools-core.js is conflicting with bootstrap 3.
I really hope that you can help, because otherwise I will have to change about 200 links from RokBox to JCE Mediabox and this means a lot of work.

I'm sorry Matt, this is what the developer from "Omega Themes" told me. First, I thought that the problem causes from the template, because RokBox work fine with templates from other providers.
I'm not really a professional
If I use "JCE Mediabox", everthing works fine ...
Please refer to the following image. This happens when I click to the link or even button to open the Youtube movie.

So this is a conflict between a core Joomla library, mootools-core.js, and BootStrap3 which your new template uses... that conflict in turn causes an issue with RokBox...
Your new template might not utilize that core Joomla library, but RokBox does... ultimately the conflict is with your template (using Bootstrap 3) and Joomla.... not with RokBox directly...
There's some solutions here that perhaps the other template devs could look at, or you could look at:
