    • I suggest that your ensure your roksprocket tabs has "strip html" set to "NO" as the starting point because having "strip html" set to yes can give rise to unbalanced html tags when the preview length is short.

      That setting IS already set to No.

    • Doh! my fault I meant to say that the other way around....

      I suggest that your ensure your roksprocket tabs has "strip html" set to "YES" as the starting point because having "strip html" set to "no" can give rise to unbalanced html tags when the preview length is short.

      I changed it to "yes" and then the roksprocket tabs showed ok. I then set it back to "No" and increased the preview length from 25 to infinite - and this works too. So, it is because when your article is "chopped" at 25 words this is giving rise to unbalanced HTML tags as I indicated.
