RockNavMenu gets clipped on short pages

I am having a problem with my menu getting clipped on short pages.
What can I do to change my Acacia Joomla template or RockNavMenu to get it to display the entire menu even if the page doesn't have a lot of content on it. When their is a sufficient amount of content on the page, the menu displays all of the contents, but there are some pages that just don't have that much content on them and I need it to fully display the menu.

- I ended up giving line #147 in the acacia index.php a style of, "min-height: 590px" and that did the trick. It's just a work around for now, but I'm hoping someone could give me a better one than that.
