Blank admin and RokCommon error

Hey RocketTheme,
I've run into a site which has a blank admin login page, when i turn on the error reporting to maxium, this is what i get:
Deprecated: preg_replace() [function.preg-replace]: The /e modifier is deprecated, use preg_replace_callback instead in /var/www/domain.dk/public_html/libraries/rokcommon/RokCommon/Service/ContainerImpl.php on line 464
Is that due to outdates software? And if so how can i solve the issue, unfortunately it doesn't seem to be as easy as swapping out preg_replace with the callback
Hope you can point me in the right direction!

You subscription has expired - support does require a current subscription.
It might well be because RT products on your site are out of date. Especially if you host has updated a php version?
