when installing a website for a client using After Burner 2 rocketlauncher it keeps on looping over and over and won't finish installation.
It shows the installing page then goes back to the last config page... not sure whats going on. All of the infromation in the fields are correct and the files have been reuploaded countless times

Could you please post a URL to your site (this can be done in the secure area tab if you prefer) so we can look for you. Without a link to page where the problem is on your site it is quite hard for us to provide the best solution due to so many variables. We try to provide file names and line numbers for code changes and if changes have already been made then our advice may be incorrect.
Regards, Mark.
Please search forums before posting. Please make sure your post includes the version of the CMS you are using and a link to the problem. Annotations on screenshots can also be helpful to explain problems/goals. Please use the "secure" tab for confidential information.

Ok, yes we do have an issue with some rocketlaunchers at the moment and we are fixing them all as we speak. We do hope to get them all repaired soon. Sorry for any inconvenience.

If you disable error reporting you will find that the installation will succeed then (this is the recommended setting for Joomla anyway).

I disables as suggested but still get the following message: Installed successfully however JInstaller: :Install: File does not exist /home.../tmp/install_56c9ce8bb8de6/LICENSE.txt. Meanwhile I can't seem to duplicate demo with my own content ... so far

bEffective - that sounds to me like you're trying to install a rocketlauncher into an existing joomla installation - you cannot do this. RL's are fro a brand new installation - they install joomla, template, rt extensions, and demo data all in one go.
Also, your subscription appears to have expired. Support does require a current subscription.

Ok
Renewing subscription is one of many todos as I set up my business and related web site
Meantime I did a fresh install without data as you hinted. The results seem to be the same:
Warning
JInstaller: :Install: File does not exist .../rocket/tmp/install_56ca05c010657/LICENSE.txt
The first time it kicks you out as admin, the second time around it provides the install message above

It still sounds like you are trying to install a RL inside an existing Joomla instance. The other thing it could be is permissions.
