RokSprocket Crush - cant add articles

Posted 9 years 2 months ago
    • Hello

I have problem with RokSprocket (v 2.1.9). Module started to crash.
On my website: sse.slupsk.pl/index.php/en/offer/investment-areas/ssez-subzones I tried to add articles to the right side menu.
When I get to module all at start looks fine (screen 1). Than, when I want to add another articles (they are prepared) and I click on + button (screen 2, arrow no. 1) in right menu to add one, there shows only menu with option (inside only article to choose), but there is no list to choose which one article (screen 2, arrow no. 2) like above. Also when I click + button, left menu with added articles dissapear and all articles are located everywhere down, but all is blocked (screen 3).

I'm using Joomla 2.5.28, but I tried it on newest Joomla (on offline backup) too and it doesn't work.
      I'm using Fracture template.
Also when I copy this module, delete or articles inside, or I create new module (doesn't metter with choice if it is table, grid etc.) it doesn't work.

      Please help me

    • Disable ALL non-RocketTheme 3rd party extensions, clear out your system cache, and test

What version of RokCommon (plugin) do you have installed?

Otherwise, post admin details along with the Module Name in the Secure Tab of a Full Reply and I'll check it out
