  • SOLVED Roksprocket navigation and autoplay isn't working

    • On this website I'm building the Rocketsprocket Mod navigation controll in the frontend and the autoplay isn't working anymore. I disabled all other 3 party components, Modules and Plugins.

      Your subscription appears to have expired. Support does require a current subscription.


      You're getting a JS error on the frontend. Any JS error usually breaks all other JS too. Most likely this is a conflict with a third party extension and the error is manifesting itself in roksprocket.

      Make sure that all RT products are up-to-date (backup before updating anything), clear server and browser cache after you have updated.

    • I would love top post it in the right forum but unfortunatly my subscription is expired a month ago. Woudn't it by easyer to have open forum for everybody but then with a extra fast replies for subscripted members like Joomlart does it nowadays. Or at make sure that poeple that ones had a subscription can access it or at least still read there own posts. No worries I'll renew my subscription asap but then still.

      Problem was a empty rocksprocket module with no joomla content in there I unplublished the module and the navigation controls are working again :D
