Hello!
We have your clarion business theme from 2012...but I have a problem!
Maybe there is a conflict with jquery! I can not put any plugin or module that contains jquery

Your subscription appears to have expired. Support does require a current subscription.
I would suggest that you disable cloudflare and clear it's cache in the first instance - that is often the cause.
Also disable any compressors and clear server and browser cache and try again.
Also your Clarion template is way out of date on v1.3 (current version is v1.9).
