Google Analytics Callisto template

  • Google Analytics Callisto template

    • Hi,

On a site we used the callisto template. We filled in the UA code in the settings, in our Analytics we see: tracking code installed and receiving data. Although we only get some visitors in the statistics while we get a lot more visits on the site and people filling in forms. It seems like the data isn't taken into count for the statistics. Is this a known problem, can you see somehow what can cause this problem?

      Thanks already for your help.

    • Please would you post your URL, superuser id and pswd in the secure tab of your post and i'll have a look for you.

I don't see the analytics as being active on your pages?

      Regards, Mark.

    • You are using an extremely old version of Gantry (5.0.0RC2 and the current version is 5.2.15). Also Callisto is way out of date too (v1.1.1 and the current version is v1.3.4). Also your Joomla version is way out of date too (v3.4.1 and currnet version is 3.5.1). You should backup and update all of these.

Next I checked each of your outlines and whilst you have added the google analytics number to the "settings" tab for yoour analytics atom, you have not added the atom to the atoms section). This is what you need to do (drag the analytics atom to the atom section).

      Regards, Mark.
