RokSprocket Lists: No link for K2 items

Hi -
I've long used RokSprocket modules to display K2 items on my site. I've recently updated my system and found that all of my RokSprocket "LISTS" modules continue to list the title & description of K2 items BUT they are not LINKED, so there is no way for the user to access the content.
I've confirmed the following:
(a) this does not seem to be a problem with any of the other RokSprocket layouts I use ("Strips," "Features," etc),
(b) it affects both existing and newly-created modules, and
(c) only K2 items seem to be affected. In fact, when I tried creating a new module linking to Joomla articles, I noticed that the *only* link is in a very small "read more" at the end but that "read more" link DOES work. On K2 items, there is NO "read more" - presumably, this is the problem.
My current system uses the following versions: Joomla 3.6.2 / Gantry 5.3.2 / Galatea 1.1.1 / RokSprocket 2.1.14 / K2 2.7.1.
This is an important part of the layout of my site so I would appreciate your prompt assistance.
