You need to add this code in:
#rt-content-top, #rt-content-bottom { overflow: visible; }
To create a custom CSS file, you just have to create a new css file at /templates/[TEMPLATE]/css/ and name it [TEMPLATE]-custom.css. The new custom CSS file will automatically get loaded by the Gantry 4 Framework.
NOTE: The use of [TEMPLATE] in this guide is intended as a placeholder for the name of the template's primary directory. Replace [TEMPLATE] with the template directory name in order for these instructions to work with your site.

Yeah i also noticed this also you are doing this wrongly the menu is on the wrong position! Should be on the header position, post your username and password and i will try to set it up right!
For posting sensitive information you hit the Blue Reply Button and then you will see Secure Tab. Post all info that is sensitive in there, only Fellow Mods, Staff and I can see that! - Available for CUSTOM WORK with Joomla, WordPress and Grav Templates and Gantry Framework!

Yes but i don't want header position because of the header color from what I remember. So i fixed it with this code. But this hasn't fixed my social media icons issue....

- We can change that color but some of the code you are putting in you are destroying the layout with it ...
