  • SOLVED RokSprocket Sliders links

    • I have Roksprocket installed using slider with simple content. the links are valid and point to local padges. However on the front end they are all off by 1 slider. slider one link is from the last (4th) slider and slider two is pulling slider onw's link and so on.

      Joomla is 3.6.4
      Roksprocket is 2.1.16
      The Theme is Ambrosia

      How do I correct this?

      Your subscription appears to have expired. Support does require a current subscription.

      You're getting JS errors on the page - any JS error breaks all other JS. The JS error is most likely caused by you loading multiple copies of jQuery (see screenshot) - probably because of one of your third-party extensions so you need to eliminate that second copy.

      My Company had some web dev team convert our Wordpress site to Joomla and we told them that we wanted a rocket theme so they purchesed it for us. I will see if they can transfer it to me. any way thank you, I found the Error with your directions. it is in the custom JS they added to the home page.

      However with that would it not break the slider linking all together? if the slider changes to the next slide and you move it back to the 1st one the links will be fine from that point on.
