You php memory_limit is way too low at 32M - it needs to be at least 128M.

Sorry but your site keeps having major issues I keep getting "failed to instantiate mysql" errors, then it works, then it doesn't again then it takes minutes to respond and then goes wrong again... talk to your host about why this is - your server just seems unstable right now.
