    • Hi,
We use the above template for our site and really like the look and feel of it.

Is there a version out there that will run on Joomla 4?
Or will we need to redesign the site with a later template?

      Thank you

    • No, gantry 4 and it’s templates will not work on j4. You will need g5 and one of it’s templates.

    • Moving to PHP8 VERY SOON!!
Can you please advise what template available now (Gantry 5) that is most similar to Ximenia?? We've been running it for years and its very suitable for our site. Prefer not to abruptly shake up our users, they are a conservative bunch.

PS: planning to keep running Joomla 3.10 until late next year when we are absolutley forced to migrate to J4...

    • You cannot move to PHP 8 with Gantry 4 and Ximenia - it will not work, it is not supported.

My advice would be to move to Gantry 5 and a Gantry 5 template at your earliest convenience. There is a steep learning curve to Gantry 5 and doing that at the last minute under pressure is frought with potential problems. Look through the Gantry 5 template demos - anything from Callisto onwards is Gantry 5. In general, the more recent templates have more modern features/styling.

      Regards, Mark.
