Remove the Free products in joomla 4

Hoping someone can help here
I have update to Joomla 4 and now need to remove the modules and packages that i previously used . The free ones a few of thenm
rocket sporket etc.
Its not possibel it crashes most of the site.
Error that reults is "joomla 4 class 'jdispatcher' not found"
how can I remove tthese plugins etc
Thew site does work with none of them being active butwoudl like to remove them so no one accidemntly turn them on - Just my 2 bits

You should have removed them all before updating to j4. You only choice now is to use phpmyadmin and disable the extensiins in the extension table.
