Technopia Template Problem

I know that this is an older template but it had the look and feel that I needed. The problem came when I needed to use Phoco Gallery and the slideshow needs a modal. After HOURS of research I discovered why I am having the problem with the slideshow...my template doesn't use modals.
Does anyone know a fix for this or a module/plugin that would make modals work on this template? There atleast has to be some kind of hack or code to make this work.
I have tried a lot of the other slideshows and this one has everything that I need...BUT I don't really want to change the template either because I just got it to look exactly how I want it to.

If Phoca needs the mootools modal box script, why doesn't the author put it in?
Since you are using J1.0.15, there are many alternatives that are ready to go and not dependant on any template. I suggest only using Phoca for j1.5. J1.5 has "modals" built in. - Say no to Internet Explorer 6.
