      In the light3.css, this is what controls the 'white' bg on sub menu active links.
      #nav li.active a {
background:#FFFFFF none repeat scroll 0 0;
color:#026AB6;
}

      You can switch the 2 hex colors if you wish.

      Unfortunatly this isnt quite what i'm looking for - i have no problem editing rollover colours - but the problem is that when i select a sub-menu item e.g:

      Solutions > By Business Need > First contact resolution

      The whole secondary menu appears white (and not just the selected item) - is this is flaw in the template design, or is there a way to get around this.

      The problem doesnt happen when you select a 1st level dropdown - only on the 2nd level?
