Menu Items - bold 2nd word in menu item name?

I'm trying to figure out a way for my menu items to automatically bold the second word in my menu item title, is this even doable?

- if you need to better understand what i'm referring to, check the template solar sentinel, the module title, it highlights the 2nd word with a different color tahn the first word in the title
