    • Hi,

      I installed a slideshow module called Frontpage slideshow and now the template's dropdown menu doesn't display ontop of it.

      Here is the link: http://www.jeanettekwok.com/starsolutions/

      I tried setting the z-index for #nav to something very high but that didn't work. If you click on another page, you will see that I have one child menu item in the nav module position.

      Please help.
      Thanks,

      Jeanette

    • Hi Jeanette,

      I also have the same problem with a Dailymotion video, and with a flash banner.

      The child dropdown elements of the menu end up behind.

      As you said, addind z-index:99 to the #nav's in the css didn't help.

      Had you found a solution to this?

      Thank you,

      Federico

    • Having almost the same problem. I have pop-up images and movies and the load behind the header.

      Did you manage to find any solution?

    • May I ask if you have changed the CSS file? If so where and what code did you change (nav?)

      Thanks

    • I'm having the same problem with the menu dropping down behind frontpage slideshow. Please advise if there is a fix yet. this was a post on frontpage slideshow's forum;
      It was frustrating but finally found a fix for the suckerfish menu going behind FPSS - from James at Rockettheme:

      In template.css.css add the red z-index:

      div#horiz-menu li {
      margin: 0;
      padding: 0;
      padding-right: 2px;
      float: left;
      list-style: none;
      z-index: 15; {{{{{ this is the fix which was in red}}}}}

      Works for me using the Colormatic template.

      however I can not find this in the afterburner template
