    Afterburner; Left Position Background Overflows into Content

    Posted 15 years 2 months ago
    • Hello,

      I understand that some of my articles are shorter than the content in the left margin and that is causing the problem shown in the image below.

      This image is hidden for guests.
      Please log in or register to see it.

      However, I want the center position to be white background regardless of the length of the article.

      Can anybody help me with the CSS changes required to make this happen?

      Thanks,

      John

    • I am sorry, but cannot find template.css in the afterburner css folder.

      I tried to add it to the end of light4.css and it did not work.

      I also added it to the end of this line in styles.css and light4.css and it did not work:
      .s-c-s #colmid, .s-c-x #colright {float:left;position:relative;width:200%;background:#FFFFFF;}

      What am I missing?

    • Hi Amandeep,

      I added it yesterday and as it didn't make the improvement, I deleted it and tried adding it somewhere else. Today, I added it back BEFORE going to the website and it does resolve the issue. Thank you, once again, for your tremendous support. I would have believed that was going to take some coding to resolve.

      Regards,

      John
