Wonder if someone can help me

I wish to remove some of the dead black space in the top section, ie reduce the space between

Add in this at end of template.css file:
#rt-top2 .rt-block{padding-bottom:0;} - Quick tips::
1) Clear your browser cache if changes dont reflect
