Add to cart buttons not working in Homepage Grid

I have products in the homepage grid.
The "add to cart button", takes you to a screen that says "your shopping cart is empty".
On any other page, it will add product to the cart.
Any ideas how to fix?

- What version of the theme are you running? Did you update to 1.9 from a previous version?
