I can't hide wishlist link in header menu. This Configration is not working. How can hide this button?

I'm not 100% sure... RokMageMobile was never certified for anything beyond Magento 1.7 (to the best of my memory) and it's been discontinued for quite some time now
You can use this custom CSS though, hopefully it'll be helpful:
