    • Thanks, It's perfect. I just made test on localhost and it works great !

      1. To install it:

      Joomla:
From the ZIP file copy smoothscroll.yaml and smoothscroll.html.twig to /templates/TEMPLATENAME/custom/particles (note you may need to create this folder).
Just to be sure : doesn't need to put an empty index.php file in the new"particules" folder to protect it?
Don't think so there are not in other custom folder...

    • No. All that would do is stop someone listing the directory content - but if they do, who cares... they can't change anything and the files are in the public domain anyway. For security you should be using a security product such as Joomla Akeeba Admin Tools.

    • hi mark,

should the atom appear in the particle section (like shown in your old tutorial)?

i "activated" the atom as shown in your new tutorial,
This image is hidden for guests.

but I am a bit lost how to use it as i thought it would appear in the particle section to be "injected" somewhere...
      kind regards

    • Wow how old is that version of gantry 5 you are using? atom appear only on the "page settings" tab. Also, it's not a global setting - you set the settings for the atom by click on it's settings icon (the cog). You jus drag the atom in the atoms section onto the atom well.

    • ok that explains it as that is about 6 years old - but I'm not about to redo the tutorial now. In essence it's the same it just that the atom section changed page in g5 admin.
