While I was adding a watermark to the footer, all of a sudden this line of code appeared on the top. I tried removing the image, but it was still there. I used google Dev tools, and I think it's related to Gantry somehow, but after trying to figure it out for two hours, I'm at a loss.
Does anyone have any ideas?

looks like a piece of Google Analytics code to me...
looks like it's straight up pasted in your template's index.php file perhaps?
perhaps some new plugin you installed? the code is being inserted in a very word spot... -
