Roksprocket doesn't filter

I have installed roksprocket 2.1.2 (some versions behind because the newest one requires php5.4 which we are not running). I'm able to create and save sprockets, however they don't function on the front end. I've tried both themes. I see no javascript errors. I even tried installing Gnatry to see if that helped (which it did not).
Could someone please point me in the right direction? The following is a link to the page with both themes of sprocket loaded. fwiw, i had to add float:left to the second one to get them to even show up in the correct rows.

Please post your Username and Password in Secure Tab and i will take a look and maybe figure out what the problem is.
For posting sensitive information you hit the Blue Reply Button and then you will see Secure Tab. Post all info that is sensitive in there, only Fellow Mods, Staff and I can see that!
Also can you upgrade to 5.4 php or not possible? - Available for CUSTOM WORK with Joomla, WordPress and Grav Templates and Gantry Framework!

100% not possible to upgrade as we have many other clients on this server. It's on the books to upgrade but that process with take months.
I have also deactivated all non rokplugins and switched the theme to default wp without any success. It seems as though the script isn't being initialized somewhere. - Last Edit: 7 years 11 months ago by Ryan Grieb. Reason: more info
