RokSprocket Widget strange errors

Hello,
I am Using RokSprocket Widget for a long time (over 10 years) but this week the plugin started to display some strange errors in one of my websites when I add new itens and click on save:
Error while saving
Bind error on class RokSprocket_Model_Object_Widget
and
Error while saving
Unable to find class for Item
I already to fix that but I am unable to find a solution
Can someone help me to fix this?

Make sure all your other RT products are up to date too - e.g. rokbox.
IF that doesn't help then please deactivate your other third-party plugins and see if that makes a difference.
If still no good, Please would you post your URL, admin id and pswd in the secure tab of your post and I'll have a look for you.
Your subscription appears to have expired. Support does require a current subscription.

In order to use PHP 7.4 you must have all the latest versions of our products installed.
