Language is not switching for Roknavmenu Featured Article

I have setup a multi-language site as guided using "Beez2 - Default template.
I have setup 3 main menus that have been positioned at position-7 and will appear for related language only for this environment: Menu ALL, Menu French and Menu German.
I have setup Content Language Switcher.
This scenario worked well:
1) Home (featured article) menu item in Main Menus has sent to the related language's home page successfully: http://localhost/index.php, http://localhost/index.php/fr, http://localhost/index.php/de
2) Content Language Switcher has also worked fine as is.
I have then installed "rt_tachyon_j16 bundle".
Installation is done successfully.
I have created duplicates of the master for each language (ie per menu) and adjusted the module positions.
Now there is a problem:
Content Language Switcher is working fine and sending to the related language's home page successfully: http://localhost/index.php, http://localhost/index.php/fr, http://localhost/index.php/de
However 3 home menu items are linking to http://localhost only. Language is not switching for this menu item. The other menu items in a menu are linked to the language w/o any problems.
This setup is on a local server. Any team member can contact me via Teamviewer is he/she wishes.

Was RT able to reproduce this issue?
